Send me two images. I'll edit them free, and you can stop reading sales pages.
Every retoucher's website says the same six things. The only thing that settles it is your own baby, your own backdrop, your own skin tones — edited and sent back so you can open it in Photoshop and look at it at 100%.
Photographers in New York, Ontario, Munich and Sydney have been sending me their sessions since 2017.
Before and after, nothing cherry-picked
Straight out of camera on the left, delivered file on the right. Same baby, same pose, same frame — flaking skin, red blotching and purple hands cleaned up, colour cast fixed, wrap and backdrop tidied, supporting hands taken out where the pose needed a composite.
Eight years of galleries, in their words
These are lines from real emails, unedited, from photographers in the United States, Canada and Europe who sent me their sessions between 2017 and 2025.
These look great! Thank you so much for your prompt delivery and beautiful work.
You're amazing. Got the last 3 galleries and as usual, there are more to come.
These are perfect! Exactly what I had in mind!
They look great! Thank you so much for the quick turn around!! I have another newborn next week I will send you over.
Great work with baby details and skin. So beautiful.
The images look amazing!
Thank you so much! They look great!
It was always a pleasure to work with you and you do a great job.
Four steps, and none of them are a call
- You send two images. Drop them straight into my folder — upload here, no account needed — or use WeTransfer, Dropbox, Drive, pCloud, whatever you already use. RAW or JPEG. If you have edited images in your own style, add one or two so I can match you instead of guessing.
- I edit them by hand and send them back, usually within a day or two.
- You look at them at 100% and tell me what you would change. I redo it — that round is part of the test, not an upsell.
- If it fits, send a real gallery. $4–5 per image, invoiced when it is delivered, paid by PayPal or bank transfer.
If it does not fit, that is a fine outcome too. You have spent one email and know something you did not know this morning.
Send two images. Judge the result, not the promise.
Pick two frames from a recent session — the kind you would normally dread editing. I retouch them and send them back. Nothing owed either way, and if it is not what you want, you have lost one email.
- $4–5 per image, depending on volume
- 1–5 working days — I am in Europe, so what you send at the end of your day is usually finished before your morning coffee
- Every image edited by hand, by me. No team, no AI plugin, no outsourcing behind your back
- Send files the way you already work: WeTransfer, Dropbox, Drive, pCloud
- Revisions included until it looks like your work
Straight into my working folder — you do not need an account, and nobody else can see what you send.

The questions everyone asks first
Do you use AI?
No. Every image is edited by hand in Photoshop and Lightroom. AI skin tools flatten the exact texture that makes a newborn look like a newborn, and they invent detail that was never in the frame — which is a problem when a mother knows every mark on her own baby.
What happens to my client images?
They are used for the work and nothing else. No portfolio use, no social posts, no AI training — I am a photographer too, and these are somebody's newborn photographs. Files are deleted on request, and always within 90 days. If your contract needs it in writing, ask and you get it in writing.
Will it still look like my work?
That is the whole job. Send a few of your own finished images and I match your colour, contrast and skin. If your galleries lean warm and creamy, they stay warm and creamy; I do not have a house style I need you to adopt.
Who am I actually talking to?
Deividas Kvederys, a working photographer in Kaunas, Lithuania. 450+ weddings and 1,500+ sessions of my own, and since 2017 newborn retouching for photographers in the United States, Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia. You get one person on every file, the same one every time, answering their own email — see about, the full retouching list, or the work as it goes out on Instagram and Facebook.
Is the time difference a problem?
It is the opposite. Lithuania is 7 hours ahead of New York and 10 ahead of Los Angeles. A gallery you send after your last session of the day lands while my morning is starting, so the answer is usually waiting when you open your laptop.
